We are not responsible for any customs clearance fees you may be charged when the package arrives in your country. Since July 2021, all parcels to the European Union are taxed.
All of our packages are sent with Canada Post.

We accept returns if the items are in perfect condition and in their original packaging. Contact us within 10 days of receiving your order. Depending on the case, delivery charges may not be refunded.

    Great Service; Very Grateful

    Teddy bear of 31 years; was glad that although I requested a brush out, it was done very gently and not too thoroughly because the fibers would have come off due to his age. So very grateful they knew with their expertise they needed to adjust the request to match the bear's needs. They fixed all of his holes and gave him just the right amount of new stuffing, not too stuffed. They also made him a perfect new bow tie. I couldn't be happier or prouder. I did notice a sour smell on him afterwards and am not sure what caused that, but it was remedied very easily with a quick soak in a cleaning vinegar solution and being put through my regular wash process for him.
