Step 4 - Patient drop-off on the agreed day. Or sending the patient by mail.

Step 5 - Final diagnosis and payment of the invoice.

Step 6 – Patience and trust. Operation under general anesthesia.

Step 7 - Patient in recovery room.

Step 8 - Patient recovery during ouropening hoursand payment. Or wait quietly by the mailbox.

Step 9 - Convalescence and care at home.


After completing the admission form and booking an appointment, prepare your patient in a cozy box for their long travel. Send it a couple of days before the operation. Postal delays are unpredictable and out of our control. Postal returns are made every Wednesday and Friday.

For all of Canada, a fixed charge of 12 $ applies for standard delivery. And for any order over $ 150, delivery is free .

If you live near us, it is also possible to pick up your order free of charge at our store (you you can select this option in the shopping cart).

 For international travel, the costs are calculated automatically according to the rates in effect. Be careful to choose the right service according to your needs. We are not responsible for any customs clearance fees you may be charged when the package arrives in your country. Since July 2021, all parcels to the European Union are taxed.
All of our packages are sent with Canada Post.

We accept returns if the items are in perfect condition and in their original packaging. Contact us within 10 days of receiving your order. Depending on the case, delivery charges may not be refunded.

    Teddy Surgery and Custom Clothing

    Thank you Dominique and Team. You made the entire experience so easy. Everything was taken care of and well thought out. Very professional and personal touch. My teddy looks like himself only better. I sent Dominique a picture of myself and my teddy when I was 6 months old and she was able to pull the vibe of the picture and bring it to life in my teddy's custom clothing. He looks truly magical. I can't stop looking at him. Thank you again for making him look fabulous and refreshed as he turns 50 years old this year!

    Very highly recommend!

    I sent my son's favorite stuffy here for some love and attention and he was thrilled with the entire experience. We packaged his stuffy at home and Rapalpla featured it on their social media. He was so excited to see his stuffy arrived safe and sound. He especially loved the photos of his stuffy in the hospital with a friend of its own. When his stuffy returned home, he was thrilled to see the wonderful work done by Dom and and following the after care instructions (1 marshmallow/day) to the letter!.     B, le toutou de ma fille, était un peu trop aimé. Troué, dégarni, il avait une espérance de vie courte. Après son séjour chez Raplapla, il est revenu comme un nouveau B et j'en suis certaine qu'il durera beaucoup plus longtemps
