The customer service along the way was excellent however my rating was affected by my daughter telling me one of the items still has a few small holes. I believe it also lost its whiskers however we can rectify that. I haven't seen the item myself but assume it's on a scale that I can undertake the repair.
Dear Heather, sorry the toys you received back weren't as expected. If you could send us pictures by email we could better determine what went wrong and rectify it. Of course in this case they would be readmitted for free.
