This great monsieur Tsé-Tsé is very big, very soft, and above all very heavy, giving you a soothing 2-kilogram hug.

A weighted toy is not our idea! Therapists invented this concept in the 1990s to help children and adults better manage their stress. Since then, the listed benefits have proliferated. In addition to helping overcome anxiety-provoking situations, it's also said to improve concentration, manage emotions and impulsivity, and aid in falling asleep.

Weighted toys have many benefits, but you need to know how to use them!

This toy must not exceed 10% of the weight of the person using it
Hug lasting a maximum of 20 minutes
Do not take on a plane (customs officers will confiscate the inner beads!)

BATH TIME

Weighted monsieur Tsé-Tsé is a bag of weighted beads wrapped in a cover (think like a pillowcase)!

The cover is machine washable. To prolong the life of the fabric, we recommend avoiding high temperatures and drying it in the open air. That said, putting it in the dryer in a pinch won't blow up your house.

About the bead pouch however, we strongly advise against putting a 2-kilogram weight in your washing machine. That could cause it to explode (well, almost). So, surface cleaning only, and definitely don't put it in the dryer.
