Super-helpful hot for infant colic, keep it in the freezer once baby's grown up. When you're learning to walk you bump into things, so an icy owl to the rescue is a hoot!

LITTLE SECRETS

- Your night owl is not a toy! Adult vigilance and common sense are required: always make sure your night owl is not too hot before giving it to a child.

INSTRUCTIONS:

hot

- in a conventional oven: preheat the oven to 100 *C (200 *F), turn it off, place the bag in the oven (in an oven-safe dish) for 5 to 10 minutes to accumulate heat.

- in a microwave oven: heat the bag for 60 to 90 seconds maximum, shake it and wait one minute for the heat to spread.

cold

- in the freezer: freeze at least three hours before use (in a cold-resistant plastic bag)

IMPORTANT never overheat or exceed the recommended heating time.

(all microwaves heat to different degrees, so it's best to start low and increase the heat the next time)

- Uh, don't try heating it in a toaster oven. IT'S DANGEROUS. Thank you.

- Do not heat it several times in a row. It must cool down completely between each use, otherwise it could burn, EVEN if you respect the indicated heating time.

Baby night owls have many benefits.

WARM: It soothes the colic of newborns (and it works for the tummy aches of older children too, or for the milk-filled breasts of new mothers).

It relaxes muscles after a long bike ride or a mad snail race.

It reduces muscle spasms, after tumbling off the stool in search of cookies in the top kitchen cupboard.

BATH TIME

Wash the envelope in the machine in cold water, or by hand.

Hang to dry. (Please! No dryer!)

If you wet the bag of grains, within a few days you will be able to cultivate your own field of rye (organic at that).

25 cm. Cotton pouch filled with 450g of organic Quebec-grown rye and lavender.

This hot water bottle comes packaged in a cute star box (with it's instructions).
