    All of our packages are sent with Canada Post.

    We accept returns if the items are in perfect condition and in their original packaging. Contact us within 10 days of receiving your order. Depending on the case, delivery charges may not be refunded.

      Outstanding: Sammy the Bear was Saved

      I was ready to throw out Sammy, my daughter's old, dirty, teddy bear. Sammy even appeared to have mould. UGH. Despite being 21 years old, my daughter LOVES Sammy, so throwing him out was not an easy option. The work that Raplapla did was miraculous. They saved this bear. They were professional, and kind, and the bear is now so clean! We are very grateful. We hope to send him back for regular spa visits!

      They Do Amazing Work!!!

      I was nervous about sending my brother's stuffed animal to have his eyes and ears fixed but Dominique was so helpful and responded quickly to all my emails. She kept me in the loop with everything that was happening and if any changes needed to be made she gave me options that I could show my brother. My bother's stuffed animal looks amazing and I'm so glad I sent him off to get fixed! I highly reccommend sending this company!!
