FRAIS ET CONDITIONS D'EXPEDITION
Pour l’ensemble du Canada, un frais unique de 5 $ s’applique pour une livraison standard. Et pour pour toute commande supérieure à 200 $, la livraison est offerte.
Si vous habitez proche de chez nous, c'est aussi possible de récupérer sans frais votre commande à notre magasin (vous pourrez sélectionner cette option dans le panier d'achat). Nous garderons votre commande 1 mois pour vous. Si vous ne venez pas la chercher, elle vous sera remboursée mais nous retiendrons un frais de 15 % du total de la commande pour nos frais de préparation et de gestion. Si c'était une commande personnalisée nous ne la rembourserons pas.
Pour l'international, les frais sont calculés automatiquement selon les taux en vigueur. Attention de choisir le bon service selon vos besoins. Nous ne sommes pas responsable des frais de dédouanement qui pourraient vous être demandés lorsque le paquet arrive dans votre pays. Depuis le 1er juillet 2021 TOUS les colis à destination de l'Union Européenne sont taxés.
Nos colis sont envoyés avec Poste Canada. Voici la liste des services offerts:
- Small Packet International Air, livraison sans numéro de suivi en 5 à 12 jours ouvrables.
- Tracked Packet International, livraison avec numéro de suivi, 10 jours ouvrables.
- Xpresspost International, livraison express avec numéro de suivi, 4 jours ouvrables.
Nous acceptons les retours si les articles sont en parfait état et dans leur emballage d’origine. Contactez-nous dans un délai de 10 jours suivant la réception de votre commande. Selon le cas, les frais de livraison peuvent ne pas être remboursés.

I spent a lot of time communicating with Jill and Dominique about my request to have my stuffie, Dolly, repaired. Dolly is a plushie I’ve slept with since I was a baby, and she means the world to me. Because of how precious she is, I was very nervous about bringing her in for repairs. I travelled all the way from Toronto to visit the store, and I spent a long time thinking about how I wanted her to be cared for at the hospital.
During the consultation, they let me choose the fabrics and thoughtfully discussed how each piece would be placed. I also brought in a brand new version of Dolly to use as a reference during her surgery. After the hospital visit, seeing Dolly in a new light made me realize that I have changed too, and that she has grown and changed alongside me throughout my life. It was a very emotional moment. Dominique truly did a wonderful job fixing her up and keeping her as close as possible to the original Dolly I’ve loved all my life. They gave her a second life, something I’m so grateful for, because without their help, I don’t know how much longer she would have lasted. They even gave me a sweet card with care instructions for after Dolly’s stay at the raplapla Hospital.
Even though Dolly isn’t exactly the same anymore, she is much healthier and ready to spend the long nights looking after me again when I sleep. I know I couldn’t have trusted anyone else but Dominique and the raplapla team with something as sensitive and important to me as her. Thank you so much for helping Dolly and for helping me.
SPA JOUET -40 is even more wonderful in person! This was a one-day emergency teddy bear repair, and the love, attention, and results were even better than expected — truly above and beyond. Our beloved bear is back to feeling like new, and you now have a very special place in our hearts. Thank you, Raplapla!
Mon Billo a dû être opéré à Raplapla pour réparer ses yeux - il les a perdus tous les deux en presque 60 ans d'aventures. Il est maintenant comme neuf et peut enfin voir le monde avec de nouveaux yeux ! De plus, il a trouvé un nouvel ami à Raplapla, un petit lapin, et nous avons décidé de l'adopter. Maintenant Billo a de nouveaux yeux et un nouvel ami, et nous sommes tous heureux !

Brought our Twins for repairs and we're very happy and satisfied with the results. Service was fast and our babies were really taken good care of. I would like to thank Dominique and her team, they were very nice and accomodating. This experience was surely incredible.
What can I say about the team at Raplapla: they really care. Even though some might look at it as simply a shop of toys, they really understand that these stuffies are some people's best friends. From start to finish, there is so much thought behind each stage of the hospital process. I was so worried to send my owl Gamma across the country from Alberta, and even more devastated when he got stuck in the Canada Post strike in transit for a month. But Lili, Dominique and the whole team kept on checking in with me to see if I got him back. Weeks later, they even sent a handmade baby owl for my stuffie to have as a companion. Totally beyond the type of care you get anywhere these days and over the top kind of them to do. I felt so cared for and supported sending my friend here. Trust them, they will take care of you xoxo
I am a plushie that stayed at this hospital. I had a complete makeover and I look brand new. If you are looking for a plushie hospital that provides compassionate and professional care of your plushie family member, I would not hesitate to recommend l'hôpital raplapla. The doctors are so kind and helpful, and I felt cared for at every step.

J'ai récemment amené Teddy, pour une intervention. L'accueil a été exceptionnel, nous avons affaire ici à une clinique privée de grande renommée. Le personnel, d'une expertise remarquable, a pris Teddy en charge avec un professionnalisme et une bienveillance dignes des meilleurs spécialistes.
Teddy est ressorti parfaitement remis sur pied, ses articulations solidifiées comme jamais. Un immense merci à toute l'équipe pour leur dévouement et leur savoir-faire. Cet hôpital redonne vie aux compagnons de toute une vie !

I was incredibly happy with the work that was done. My little buddy looks better than new! The custom scarf was perfect too. The Raplapla crew obviously care about what they do, and really went above and beyond to make sure everything was done the way I wanted. It’s a simple thing, but really meant a lot to me. Included a few before and after pics, I think they speak for themselves!
